Since our inception in 2013, Viribus has continued to be a trusted recruitment partner who specialises in attracting and placing the best tech and change talent within our specialisms. We believe in strength of relationships, honesty and knowledge, along with utilising ever evolving technology to attract and engage candidates to create the best hiring experiences possible.
Viribus was started in May 2013 by our Founder & CEO, Craig Matthews, with the view of creating a Recruitment Consultancy that was not tied up in corporate red tape, that allowed flexibility in its practices and the most important KPI was quality (not how many sales calls you make!).
By being technology led and people focused, we pride ourselves on being able to service our clients across their IT teams. We work with a variety of companies from Start-ups to Enterprises, supporting them with hiring across Software Engineering (big focus on .NET), Cloud & DevOps, Support & Infrastructure, QA/Testing, Business Analysis & Project Management and IT Management/Leadership.
