The team focuses on activity that generates quality over quantity. They are not targeted on activity just to be busy, it’s about the end result and have we done everything to find that ideal candidate or that candidate their preferred job.

Our History

Craig Matthews

Founder & CEO

Viribus was started in May 2013 by our Founder & CEO, Craig Matthews, with the view of creating a Modern Talent Solutions Provider that was not tied up in corporate red tape, that allowed flexibility in its practices and the most important KPI was quality (not how many sales calls you make!).

By being technology led and people focused, we pride ourselves on being able to service our clients across their IT teams, but with a core focus on Software Development / Engineering across modern technical stacks. We can also support on any hiring across Cloud & DevOps, Support & Infrastructure, QA/Testing, Business Analysis & Project Management and IT Management/Leadership.
